A Great Addition To Our Company

It is not easy to become a dispatched plumber. I can say this because this is my line of work and there are many difficulties we often face when we are called to serve. Facing unreasonable customers is not new to us. We also get lost when we are called. When this happens, we would arrive late. If we are late, the customers would be mad or tell us about their disappointment. To make matters worse, there are also instances wherein appointments and schedules are confused or mixed up, putting us field workers at a precarious situation.

We are fortunate enough that these difficulties I talked about are no longer haunting us. This is because something new came to our company and made these difficulties go away. This new acquisition is Smart Service, which is a scheduling and dispatch tool. Sadly, I cannot fully describe this tool because I don’t know much about it. This is why, I would rather give you this: dispatch scheduling software.

Smart Service gave us the opportunity to locate our clients’ address without having any difficulty. It finds the best route and points us the right direction to take. Thus, we were able to avoid the consequences we usually face when we end up being late from our appointment or if we get lost on our way to our client. If these things are avoided, clients would be glad at our work and our company will benefit by a lot.

What I like the most is the fact that appointments are organized and there are no longer confusions regarding who is next on our list. I’m not sure how this worked but it seemed like the tool made it easier for the folks at the office to organize, arrange, schedule and reschedule appointments. This tool really brought a positive change to our company. No more worries about the usual problems we face and it greatly improved the image and the sales of our company. Truly, this is a blessing to us.
